Jerai Fitness Ltd. warrants its commercial product range to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the warranty terms and conditions outlined below.

Standard Product Warranty:

• CARDIO SERIES Warranty Coverage :
  1-Year Comprehensive Warranty.
  
• STRENGTH SERIES Warranty Coverage :
  3-Year Comprehensive Warranty, Applicable to strength equipment, excluding cables and upholstery.
  1-Year Warranty: Applicable to cables and upholstery.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• 1. Warranty Applicability: All warranties are valid only when the equipment is used under normal gym operating conditions and under expert supervision.
  2. Service Visits: Jerai Fitness Ltd. will provide up to four (4) service visits per year during the three-year service warranty period.
  3. Exclusions: Consumables, rubber components, and plastic parts are not covered under the warranty.
• Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC): Customers are advised to opt for a Non-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with Jerai Fitness Ltd. upon completion of the three-year service warranty period.
• Additional Service Charges: Any service technician visits after the completion of the complimentary service visit period will be chargeable at the prevailing service rates.
