We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Technical Head, you will lead a team of service technicians to ensure the efficient and high-quality delivery of services, repairing of AC and DC Drives PCBs, wide range of tasks related to equipment installation, maintenance, repair, and safety compliance quality check, training of technicians and ensuring of successful timely service delivery, highlighting the defect in series, sharing Root cause Analysis. Requirement:

1. A relevant B.Tech, B.E degree or certification in electronics engineering, or a related field is preferred.

2. Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background with expertise in repairing electronics PCBs, relevant technologies, systems, or equipment to optimize the time properly.

3. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a technical team.

4. Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

5. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
