Field Sales Manager or Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through physical cold calling, networking, and social media.

3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs.

4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

5. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

6. Negotiate and conclude the orders.

7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

8. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

9. Willingness to travel extensively.

10. Servicing its current accounts.

Qualifications:

1. MBA in Sales or Marketing.

2. Minimum Experience: Mandatory experience of sales of 3 - 5 Years.

Maintenance and Technical Head

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Technical Head, you will lead a team of service technicians to ensure the efficient and high-quality delivery of services, repairing of AC and DC Drives PCBs, wide range of tasks related to equipment installation, maintenance, repair, and safety compliance quality check, training of technicians and ensuring of successful timely service delivery, highlighting the defect in series, sharing Root cause Analysis. This role involves overseeing all aspects of technical operations, managing personnel, optimizing service processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirement:

1. A relevant B.Tech, B.E degree or certification in electronics engineering, or a related field is preferred.

2. Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background with expertise in repairing electronics PCBs, relevant technologies, systems, or equipment to optimize the time properly.

3. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a technical team.

4. Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

5. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

6. Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

7. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

8. Minimum 5-7 years in Electronics PCB repairing & maintenance, Extensive knowledge of maintenance, repair & diagnostic of issue.

Objectives of this role

1. Lead and review the work of the creative teams for all web, print, and digital marketing collateral.

2. Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, copy, art, and digital technology.

3. Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analysing results, and identifying opportunities.

4. Develop motivating creative strategies.

5. Analyse brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messaging and deliverables.

2. Prioritize work and resources across engagements, based on short- and long-term needs, and develop schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production artists.

3. Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.

4. Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively.

5. Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for sophisticated audiences.

6. Oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables.

Required skills and qualifications

1. Ten years of relevant experience, with seven or more years as a creative director in an agency or corporate setting.

2. Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and within budget.

3. Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print.

4. Proven ability to develop successful concepts.

5. Proficiency in leading a team of diverse, talented creatives.

6. Strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives.

7. Experience in project management, with a focus on creative direction.

Offered Salary – 6 LPA – 7.50 LPA
